  • Can I complete the program on my own time?

    YES! The course content will be available to you upon registering, and from there you can plan to work through the program at your own pace, on your own time. We want to make sure that it works with your schedule - so you can complete in as much time as you need!

  • How long will this course take to complete?

    Great question! The program was designed for you to take your time and navigate at your own pace. There are a total of 8 modules in the program. Each module includes educational videos as well as interactive activities/reflections that will allow you to dig deep and establish meaningful and realistic goals towards better health. We suggest tackling one module each week for eight weeks to make it digestible and easy to follow along!

  • Will I have access to the program material after I complete it?

    You will be able to download the workbook once the course begins - and this is yours for life! Use it as often as you'd like as a tool in your healthy foundations toolkit. Access to course material will be available for 6 months once you've registered for the course to come back to should you wish to get a refresher on the modules.

  • What is the investment to sign up?

    The program cost is $197 and includes 8 comprehensive modules, along with a workbook and bonus materials to supplement your learning.
